Alabama Boss is trying Bubba’s Hot Honey Whiskey, a unique whiskey infused with the sweet heat of hot honey. This bottle was sent to us, and Boss had no idea what to expect. Hot honey and whiskey turns out to be a surprisingly good match.

After tasting the whiskey straight, Boss follows the included recipe card to make a Hot Palmer cocktail using 2 oz of Bubba’s Hot Honey Whiskey, 1 oz of lemonade, and 1 oz of sweet tea. The result is a sweet, refreshing whiskey cocktail with a little heat.
