Watch as he effortlessly combines pulled pork, a tricolored slaw mix, and Peg Leg Porker barbecue sauce to create a flavor explosion!
Ingredients:
- Leftover Pulled Pork
- Tricolored Slaw Mix
- Peg Leg Porker Barbecue Sauce
- Spring Roll Wrappers
- Chili Dipping Sauce
Instructions:
- Mix cabbage slaw with your favorite barbecue sauce until moist.
- Add pulled pork to the slaw mix, creating the heart of your filling.
- Wet the edge of the spring roll wrapper and place the mixture in the middle.
- Roll up the spring roll, folding in both ends to seal.
- Choose your cooking method: deep frying, baking, or air frying.
- Deep fry for about 5 minutes, bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, or air fry for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
