In this latest Rated Red video, our fearless duo takes on Pirate’s Grog REAPER—a 100ml bottle of 50% ABV chili rum infused with the unholy trinity of heat: Carolina Reaper, Naga Ghost Chili, and Trinidad Scorpion. And yes, it’s exactly as brutal as it sounds.
Sent in by our friends at Hard To Find Whisky, this hellfire-in-a-bottle comes with plastic shot cups and challenge cards ranging from “NOOB” to “BALLER” to “GANGSTER.” Naturally, Alabama Boss and Ashla went full “GANGSTER”… and instantly regretted their life choices.
“It’s like hell in my mouth,” Ashla cries, face red and sinuses lit up like a bonfire. Alabama Boss? “I swished it around like an idiot… now I feel like I just snorted Satan’s cologne.” From nose burns to tongue paralysis, this wasn’t just a taste test—it was a full-body crisis.
At one point, Ashla accidentally wipes her face with a towel soaked in the stuff. “That paper towel’s a weapon now,” Boss warns. “If you put a flame to it, it’d explode.”
Despite the meltdown, both survived and even found a silver lining. “I feel like I just cheated death and came out stronger,” Boss says. “Like a really bad spa day… for your soul.”
