Alabama White Sauce:
20 min prep, 10 servings
2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1/4 cup white sugar
Dash of Peg Leg Porker Dry Seasoning or Basic BBQ Rub
Step 1 – In a large mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, vinegar, pepper and sugar: whisk thoroughly. If the consistency is too thick, add more vinegar.
Step 2 – Add the seasoning, mix thoroughly, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
