Day 11 we're trying Distillery Krauss - Sulm Valley Austrian Straight Whisky from Austria.

Tasting Notes:

_Nose:_ Typical corn note paired with banana nests and
sweet vanilla wood note.
_Palate:_ A mirror of the smell with a pleasant wood
sweetness and a long finish.
The whiskey matures only in new toasted casks from American White Oak. This combination gives the product sweetness as well as some smokey hints. Due to the especially soft water from the Kor Alps the Whiskey opens itself, despite its 48% ABV to whiskey experts as well as novices.
