Day 17 we're trying M&H Classic Single Malt Whisky from Tel Aviv, Israel.

Tasting Notes:

Israel's first whisky distillery Milk & Honey is located in one of Tel Aviv's most up and coming neighbourhoods. No expense spared is the mantra of Milk & Honey as they procure specially selected casks for their hot climate maturation process with perfection pursued at every aspect of the production process, showcased in the whisky itself.

The M&H Classic is aged for at least three years using the finest ex-bourbon casks and our special red-wine STR casks, giving it a light and balanced character and bottled at 46% ABV

_Nose:_ Gentle vanilla sweetness followed by light oak and floral notes

_Palate:_ Light bodies with vanilla, caramel and honey sweetness balanced by oaky notes and light black pepper spiciness

_Finish:_ Short but delicate as oak lingers alongside subtle spice
