Day 19 we're trying Green River Distilling Straight Kentucky Bourbon from Owensboro, Kentucky.
Green River straight Bourbon whiskey is distilled and aged onsite at some of the oldest warehouses in the state.
_Nose:_ Brown sugar and caramel, underlay of creme brulee and butterscotch
_Palate:_ Caramel, cream candy and dark brown sugar, mixed nuts and dark fruit.
_Finish:_ Herbal and dark fruits with a layer of thick leather and mellow oak with rye spice and pepper.
