Day 22 we're trying Puni Gold Italian Malt Whisky from Italy.

Tasting Notes:

This whisky is based on a recipe using malted barley and a small proportion of malted rye and malted wheat, the whisky is matured excluisvely in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 43% ABV.

_Nose:_ Delicate candyfloss sweetness with vanilla and ripe peach

_Palate:_ White roses and subtle spicy oak and wood notes with citrus, apple and pear.

_Finish:_ Banana, ripe mango and caramel with white pepper.
