Based on the original recipe from founder and Pioneer Bill Lark, and a whisky home to countless awards and international medals. Double-distilled & aged in a considered selection of small casks, this is a labour of love steeped in heritage. The benchmark for Tasmanian Single Malt.
_Nose:_ Toffee apple with crisp citrus and custard with subtle floral oak.
_Palate:_ Fruity malt and rich plum pudding, with aple crumble and red berries
_Finish:_ Viscous and dessert driven.
