Day 24 we're trying Hatozaki Finest Blend - Japanese Whisky from Kaikyo Distillery in Japan.

Tasting Notes:

Hatozaki Finest blended is a premium blend of whiskies aged upto 12 years in barrels with a minimum malt whisky content of 40%. The whisky offers a balanced feel in the mouth, with an aromatic palate and floral notes.

_Nose:_ Floral.

_Palate:_ Light in style with a rich backbone of malt whisky character. Cereal notes and a light sweetness.

_Finish:_ Medium length finish, peppery notes and gentle heat.
